I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in Denver, a mom of two (my daughter is 3.5, my son is 8 months), and I'm currently living this same season of early parenthood alongside the families I support.
I trained under Shari Howie — one of the most respected IBCLCs in the field — and through hands-on clinical experience, I've supported families with everything from latch difficulties and oral ties to returning to work and gentle weaning.
My approach is evidence-based, practical, and deeply compassionate. Excellent lactation care should feel supportive, not intimidating — and families deserve clear guidance without pressure, guilt, or unrealistic expectations.

Yes — we work with most insurance plans. We're in-network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. We work through The Lactation Network for MultiPlan, First Health, and others. We work through Wildflower for Cigna. Checking your coverage is quick — most clients have an answer within a few hours.
Absolutely. We offer virtual consults for families anywhere, with the same level of expert care as our in-home visits. Please note: A $25 travel fee applies for locations more than a 20 minute drive, and a $40 fee for locations beyond 40 minutes.
You don't need to prep anything specific. Having your baby nearby, a comfortable feeding spot, and any bottles or pumps you use is helpful — but we'll guide you through everything.
We will provide you with a coded Superbill that you may use to submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance company.
Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. Please reach out and we can suggest resources in your area.
A Superbill is a detailed invoice with the information your insurance company needs to verify the healthcare service we provide, in order to consider a reimbursement for you. As an out-of-network provider, we do not know reimbursement amounts. It may benefit you to get pre-approval first.
If your insurance does not cover visits, we accept: cash, venmo, or zelle for out of pocket payments.
